Brent Johnson, CPA, MT, is CEO at Clarus Solutions, a leading federal tax incentive provider to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). In this role, he oversees strategy and direction to deliver optimized tax incentives for Clarus’s customers.    

Brent has more than 25 years of experience in providing tax incentives to customers ranging from Fortune 100 publicly traded businesses to SMB’s with as few as five employees.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ohio State University and a graduate degree in taxation from Capital University Law School.
